PAYMENT POLICY:
For tax appointments only, a valid credit/debit card must be placed on file in order to secure your appointment. This card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This is only used to secure the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you need to change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule. You may also call 718-517-9212 to reschedule.
If you are a no call, no show, you will not be able to book in the future. You will also be charged a $50 "no call/no show" fee on the card that is placed on file at the time of booking. All appointments are prepped by our tax professionals in advance to ensure that each client has a pleasant and thorough consultation.
TAX PREP FEE PAYMENT POLICY:
In the event that you will receive a refund, your tax prep fees can be paid through your refund, given that you have called the Treasury Offset Line and are clear of any other debt to outside government agencies.
In the event that you have a balance with the IRS, will owe taxes this year and or have outside debts owed to other government agencies, all payment for tax prep fees MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO US FILING YOUR RETURN. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do offer payment plans but the final payment must be paid BEFORE we send your return.
In the event that we have started, completed and sent your return for your review and you decide not to file or file elsewhere, your card on file will be charged $150 for a "Fee for Tax Services Rendered."
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
If you are receiving a refund with no Treasury Offset or IRS/ State Tax Balance, your prep fees can be paid through your refund.
If you have an IRS/State Tax Balance, will owe taxes or owe outside government agencies, we accept VISA/MC/AMEX/Discover.
